FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)Q: I want to revise the initial draft. Should I pay extra?
A: Revisions are limited to only 3. A change in pose or structure for the initial draft as well as changes in color for the flat-color draft are considered revisions. Anything exceeding 3 changes will be subject to additional fees (as stated in the price list)Q: Can I pay half the commission first? then pay in full once the commission is finished?
A: YES and NO.
Yes if you have been a previous customer and it means we have established a customer/employee bond or if in some special circumstances that the customer must pay only half.
No if it's our first time to work together. We must first establish a mutual trust.Q: What happens if my commission isn't finished in 3 days?
A: The seller will refund 10% of the commission per day x the days it was delivered late. e.g. The seller delivered a piece 2 days late, and therefore, she is to refund the customer by 20%.Q: I badly need the commission to be done immediately. Is there any way to get it done in 1 day instead of waiting for 3 days?
A: If I deem the commission too difficult to finish in a day then NO. But if it's under the scope of what I can do, then YES. I am able to complete a commission in a day for an additional fee of $10.
